Settlement of Abu Turab and Fathʻali with Haj ʻAli Riza, 1813
Settlement of Abu Turab and Fathʻali, two sons of Fazl Allah, with Haj ʻAli Riza, son of ʻAbd al-Riza from Shiraz, exchanging an herbal shop in Shiraz, which they inherited from their mother, who was daughter of Muhammad Taqi [or Naqi], for twelve tumans. The sons of Fazl Allah then settled the detriment of the above settlement with Haj ʻAli Riza for five thousand dinars.

Settlement between Zaynab and Zayn al-‘Abidin, 1811
Settlement between Zaynab, daughter of Isma‘il from Khvurasgan Jay, and Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Muhammad Baqir from the same village, exchanging her inherited properties, including a residential building in the same village, located in the Yar ‘Ali neighborhood, known as Aqa Isma‘il's House, and a stable and all its belongings for one hundred dinars and fifty units of wheat in shahi weight. On the margin: "Zaynab agreed to buy the stable, some springs, and the shares of other co-owners and give them to Zayn al-‘Abidin without asking for anything in return."

Marriage contract of Khayr al-Nisa’ Baygum and Haj Muhammad Mahdi, 1828
Marriage contract of Khayr al-Nisa’ Baygum, daughter of Mirza Muhammad Baqir (son of Muhammad Isma'il Bayg known as Aqa Babak), and Haj Muhammad Mahdi, son of Haj Muhammad Rafi‘ [illegible]. The mahr is one hundred tumans. The groom settled fifty tumans of the mahr with the bride in exchange for two sets of women clothing and part of a property in ‘Abbas Abad region of [illegible] Garm Rud. The groom additionally promised to pay for ten mans [unit of weight] of copperware, ten misqals [unit of weight] of golden jewelry, and an Abyssinian female slave for the bride and ask nothing in exchange.

Settlement between Haydar, son of Qadir Runani Marbini from Isfahan, and the people listed below, exchanging all of his property for one hundred dinars and one charik [unit of weight] of wheat grains: A) Settlement with his son, Hasan, over half of a garden located at Faridan known as Bagh Qal‘ah, and some land and property. B) Settlement with his lawyers, Ghulam ‘Ali and Muhammad ‘Ali, over half of a property, a garden known as Bagh Bakhajah, and some land.
